Public Foundation "Unison”, second time became the National winner of the award "Energy Globe», which is the most important environmental prize in the world.
International judicial assembly awarded the Public Foundation "Unison" for the project "Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources for aid post in the village Kammuna", which was implemented with the support of the European Commission in 2007-2008. The main purpose of the project was to build a new aid post, and the development of renewable energy and energy-efficient construction techniques that demonstrate energy conservation and solar energy (passive and active) in the remote village of the Kammuna, Batkent Region, Kyrgyz Republic.
Public Foundation "Unison" in cooperation with the Center for energy efficient construction (CEEC), and with the participation of local activists of the village Kammuna  built a new building for the obstetric points, using local materials and modern energy-efficient technologies. There was also formed local Energy Committee, in order to continue to develop the local people to be aware of their opportunities, a sense of ownership and responsibility for decisions .
The international community celebrates our work for the second time: PF "Unison" became  the winner in the Energy Globe competition in 2008 for a project idea, "Promotion of the development of  Energy Service Companies in Kyrgyzstan", which  was one of 853 candidate  projects from 109 countries. This project offered a pure beneficial concept, which allowed kindergarten of Naryn town to improve the energy state of the building without proper investment.  The municipality also avoided additional expenses on reconstruction and reduction of subsidies in the future.
We are pleased to announce that the ceremony of awarding certificates to all the winners around the world will be held on November 25, 2011, in the town of Wels, Austria.
